For most car spotters, hearing a Bugatti Tourbillon’s V16 engine in person would be a moment to remember. One enthusiast got to take things a step further, thanks to Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac.
In a video shared on social media, the lucky spotter can be seen sitting behind the wheel of the $4 million hypercar and giving its enormous engine a few revs. The footage starts from inside the cabin, and once that V16 comes to life, it’s hard to pay attention to anything else. Rimac can also be seen alongside the car.
It’s not every day that someone gets this kind of access to a machine as exclusive as the Tourbillon. Most enthusiasts are happy to catch a glimpse of a hypercar on the road, hoping its owner will give the throttle a quick blip before disappearing into the distance.
Rimac’s gesture offered this fan something far more memorable: a chance to sit in the driver’s seat and hear Bugatti’s latest V16 up close. For a car enthusiast, that’s a pretty special day.
