Aston Martin’s wild single-seater track car has been spotted testing at Circuit Paul Ricard in France, offering another look at its extreme aerodynamic package. Finished in camouflage featuring shades of green, black and grey, the machine seems to continue its testing phase.
There is hardly a standard-looking panel in sight on this Aston Martin. A huge front splitter, sculpted bodywork, and a fin-like structure above the F1-inspired halo all point to serious aerodynamic ambitions. The massive rear wing and aggressive diffuser complete the package, while the car’s incredibly low ride height suggests that every inch of its body has been designed with downforce in mind.

The car appears to draw inspiration from the Valkyrie AMR Pro, with a single-seat cockpit, a roof-mounted engine intake and a shark fin running towards the rear wing. Its presence at Paul Ricard suggests Aston Martin engineers are still putting it through its paces.
Rumours suggest the track-only hypercar could produce around 1,200 hp and potentially lap circuits faster than an F1 car. Those figures remain unconfirmed, but the hardware certainly looks serious.
