A short clip doing the rounds on social media captures an Aston Martin driver at full tilt in a 1000 hp Valhalla, and clearly enjoying every second of it.
Shot from the passenger seat, the video shows the car being flung sideways through a closed circuit corner, the driver calmly holding the slide before saying, almost casually, “I love my job.” And it’s hard to argue with him.

The Valhalla is no ordinary machine. With a combined output pushing more than 1000 horsepower from its hybrid powertrain, it represents Aston Martin’s most serious step into the modern hypercar era. The acceleration is relentless, the responses razor-sharp. In the clip, the car surges past 150 mph with ease.
But it’s the sound that lingers. Even through a video recording, the raw and aggressive exhaust note gives goosebumps.
There are only 999 examples of the Aston Martin Valhalla worldwide. The hypercar uses a Mercedes-AMG 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine in conjunction with two electric motors that make 1,064 hp and 810 lb ft of torque.
