Brabus Bodo makes its UK debut at Salon Privé

1 Min Read

Brabus has brought its striking Bodo to the UK, giving local enthusiasts their first look at the bespoke supercar at Salon Privé Concours. The Aston Martin Vanquish-based coupe has already appeared in other markets, and now it’s here in the United Kingdom.

The Bodo is named after Brabus founder Bodo Buschmann and serves as a tribute to the company’s late CEO. It features a long bonnet, low-slung roof and an all-black finish complemented by exposed carbon-fibre elements.

The front end takes inspiration from the Mercedes-Benz SL, while the rear gets distinctive seven-segment LED lights on each side and illuminated Brabus lettering between them. Quad exhausts, arranged in a stacked layout, complete the aggressive look.

Power comes from a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 producing 1,000 hp and 885 lb-ft of torque. There is also a Bodo Cabriolet, featuring a folding fabric roof while retaining the coupe’s overall design. It was unveiled at Pebble Beach last month. Brabus will build just 77 Cabriolets, each priced at $1.7 million.
