Gorgeous blue Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta spotted in Monaco

Car spotting on the weekend, that too in Monaco, will always be spectacular. To make things even more interesting, we’ve come across a video that shows a gorgeous blue Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta slowly cruising on the streets.

We can see in the short clip that the Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta is calmly moving on the road and turning heads. It seems to be part of an escort with a Rolls-Royce at the front and a Mercedes G-Class at the back.

The Aperta is the open-top version of LaFerrari. It features a removable carbon-fibre hardtop and a removable canvas soft top. It uses the same engine that powers the regular LaFerrari – a 6.3L V12 that churns out 950 hp and is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

In related news, a camouflaged prototype of what is believed to be the F80 Aperta was recently spotted testing in Maranello. Instead of a folding hard top, Ferrari is said to have opted for a lightweight fabric roof.
