Audi has taken the wraps off its newest flagship SUV, the Q9. For those looking for some extra oomph, Audi is also offering the SQ9 with a V8 engine under the hood.
The Audi SQ9 is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that delivers 591 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to all four wheels via Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
Audi claims the SQ9 can sprint from 0-60 mph in just 3.8 seconds, making it the fastest-accelerating 3-row SUV in its segment.
The SQ9 can be easily distinguished by its sporty exterior. It comes with a unique front grille, an air dam with a hexagonal mesh, and massive 23-inch wheels. In the rear, you get connected LEDs and a quad exhaust setup.
The interior also has a sporty theme and features quilted leather seats with ‘S’ badges, a 3-spoke leather steering wheel and red detailing.
The Audi SQ9 will go on sale in the US market in Q4 of 2026. Prices start at $118,000.
