A Ferrari has crashed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. A 499P Modificata lost control and went straight into the hay bales lining the hill-climb course.

A video shared on social media shows the aftermath of the accident. So, we don’t exactly know what led to the crash. The car appears to be facing in the opposite direction, as there were some cars still arriving at the turnaround point at the top of the hill. Luckily, no one was injured, and the car doesn’t appear to have sustained any damage either.

The 499P Modificata is a $5 million track toy based on Ferrari’s Le Mans hypercar. It is powered by the same twin-turbo V6 paired with a hybrid system as the racecar. It has a combined output of 858 hp and uses a 7-speed sequential gearbox.
