A camouflaged two-door electric sports car has been caught testing on public roads in China. While there’s no official confirmation yet, all signs point toward this being a serious new project from Xiaomi.
Even under heavy camouflage, the car gives away just enough. The rear light signature is the biggest clue – a distinctive full-width ring-style LED that closely mirrors what Xiaomi is using in its existing models. Then there’s the stance. Low, wide, and planted, with a flowing fastback roofline points towards a performance-first design. It looks every bit like a production-ready evolution of a Vision GT-style concept.

The Xiaomi test mule appears to be packing proper track-focused hardware. A swan-neck rear wing sits proudly at the back, while an aggressive multi-layer diffuser dominates the lower fascia. Large alloys with visible high-performance brake calipers further hint at serious intent.

Industry chatter suggests this EV could come equipped with an uprated version of Xiaomi’s quad-motor electric setup, potentially pushing outputs beyond 2000 hp.
