A very rare and special McLaren Speedtail has been spotted in London. One of the coolest features of this hypercar, which looks nothing less than a spaceship, is its central driving position, similar to what we have seen in the legendary McLaren F1.
The Speedtail spotted cruising in London is flaunting its white paint scheme that looks so brilliant on its curvaceous body. The slim headlights, sculpted bonnet, and massive windshield give it a menacing look from the front.
But the biggest talking point of its design has to be the elongated tail, which really attracts a lot of eyeballs. The blacked-out roof neatly merges into the tail section. Everything on this hypercar seems so futuristic. Can’t believe McLaren did this back in 2018!
Another interesting fact about the McLaren Speedtail is that it is the fourth edition in the McLaren Ultimate Series, after the Senna, the P1, and the F1. It is powered by a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 that, combined with its hybrid system, produces 1036 hp and 848 lb ft of torque. It has a top speed of 250 mph, and can do the 0-60 mph and 0-100 mph sprints in 2.9 seconds and 5.1 seconds, respectively.
