The launch of the new BMW M3 CS Touring is just around. We can say this with certainty because BMW has kicked off an online teaser campaign – a precursor to its official debut.
BMW has shared images of the M3 CS Touring testing at Nurburgring. It also gives us a chance to check out some of the exterior changes made to the car.
Being the hottest version of the M3 Touring, it has a more aggressive look, featuring a low splitter with large intakes. The oversized kidney grille, though, has been carried over unchanged. The rear has a familiar look as well. Just look at those massive fenders!
Under the hood, the M3 CS Touring is expected to get a tuned 3.0-liter twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine that does duty in the M3 CS sedan. This unit puts out 543 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. The engine will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
