$30 million Rolls-Royce Droptail La Rose Noire spotted in London
In 2023, Rolls-Royce revealed the uber-exclusive Droptail La Rose Noire at Pebble Beach. Almost 2 years later, one of the four cars ever built was spotted driving around in London.
The Droptail La Rose Noire is said to be inspired by historic models like the 1912 Silver Ghost ‘Sluggard,’ the 1925 Silver Ghost Piccadilly, and the 1930 Phantom Brewster New York Roadster. It is based on a bespoke monocoque chassis made from aluminium, steel and carbon fibre.
The La Rose Noire features a more modern Pantheon grille with sleek LED headlamps on either side and a floating spoiler with unique vertical taillights in the rear. The exterior is painted in a secret base coat, followed by five layers of clear lacquer, each blended with a slightly different shade of red.
The interior has a unique colour scheme and materials. The car comes with a removable carbon fibre roof and an electrochromic self-tinting glass. Under the hood is a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine.

$30m for a car is absurd. You could buy 50 ordinary phantoms for that sum.
