The legendary Honda NSX reborn as JAS Tensei
JAS Motorsport has revealed its first “supercar”. The JAS Tensei is basically a Honda NSX restomod designed by Pininfarina, hence the name, which means ‘rebirth’ in Japanese.
According to JAS, Tensei is based on the principles of the original NSX. It features a bespoke carbon fibre body that stays true to the original design.

The Tensei has pop-up headlamps, a redesigned front bumper with an integrated splitter and LED DRLs. It has wider fenders, while the side vents have been reworked for a cleaner look. The Y-spoke wheels are also unique.
Moving to the rear of the car, the Tensei carries forward the same L-shaped fascia with retro-style LED taillights, featuring the ‘JAS’ logo in the centre. We love how the rear spoiler blends seamlessly into the bodywork.

JAS Motorsport hasn’t shared the technical details of the Tensei supercar yet. However, it is expected to be powered by a reworked V6 engine from the original Honda NSX.
