Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera spotted
Lamborghini Huracan will soon return in ‘Superleggera’ form. Remember the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera? That was one brilliant piece of kit. Now, the Huracan is already a step further on the fastest Gallardo and the Huracan Superleggera promises to be one heck of a supercar.
AutoExpress has published images of what looks like a test mule of the upcoming Superleggera. Just by looking at the images, it is clear that this ain’t no ordinary Huracan. The car features a different set of exhaust that stick out from the center- like on the Ferrari 488 GTB and Mclaren 675LT. The slats on the engine cover are different compared to the standard Huracan. It also features larger diameter brakes. While a rear wing is absent on this prototype, we can expect the production car to get one.

The Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera is expected to retain the 5.2-liter V10 engine. It will however be re-tuned to produce more horsepower. A dual-clutch transmission will be standard as well. Since the name suggests, this new Huracan would a lot less heavier than the standard car and a tad quicker as well.
