Horacio Pagani congratulates Lamborghini on the Revuelto launch

The Lamborghini Revuelto made its official debut last night. The Aventador successor has been trending all over the internet and even received praise from one of Lamborghini’s former employees.

Horacio Pagani took to Instagram to congratulate Lamborghini on the successful launch of its first plug-in hybrid supercar.

“A new creation that enriches the technological and cultural heritage of the Motor Valley. Congratulations to the entire Lamborghini team.”

To which Lamborghini responded,

“Thank you @paganiautomobili, you make us feel electric with these compliments.”

The launch of the Lamborghini Revuelto marks a new era for the Italian supercar brand. The new model features a lot of firsts, including the all-carbon monocoque and the 6.5-litre V12 hybrid heart. The latter packs 1001 hp thanks to a combination of old-school internal combustion and electric motors.

The Revuelto will reach dealerships later this year. However, order books are already open and they are filling up fast.
