We have a leaked image of the upcoming Porsche Mission S from the German brand’s Capital Market Day presentation to investors. The car remains hidden under a black cover, but its silhouette alone is enough to get us curious.
The proportions look promising. The Mission S sits extremely low, with a long profile, large wheel arches and a sloping roofline that flows into a curvaceous rear end. Even with most of the bodywork concealed, it has the makings of an aggressive-looking machine.

Earlier information about the Porsche Mission S tells us that its instrument cluster would feature a centrally positioned tachometer, with the speedometer on the left. Three driving modes would be available: Normal, Sport and Track. Interestingly, the rev counter goes up to 8000 rpm.
Reports suggest that the Mission S, reportedly codenamed S1, could use an all-new eight-cylinder boxer engine. Porsche is expected to reveal the concept publicly on October 15, when we should finally get a proper look at the car and learn more about what lies beneath the cover.
