For some collectors, a garage is much more than a place to park their beloved cars. Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group are taking that idea further with Porsche Design Concours, a new concept that combines private car studios with a members-only clubhouse.
The first two locations are planned for West Palm Beach, Florida, and Dallas, Texas, with more US destinations expected later. Each site will feature 22 privately owned automobile studios, making 44 across the two locations.

Ranging from 250 to 560 square metres, these spaces are designed to be used throughout the day, not just to store cars. Owners can work there, unwind or invite friends over. Each studio comes with a mezzanine, full bathroom, wet bar and climate control to protect valuable vehicles while keeping the space comfortable.
There’s another interesting detail: you don’t need to own a Porsche to join the concept. Collectors can bring cars from different brands, generations and categories.

Rather than simply offering expensive garage space, Porsche Design Concours aims to build a community around car collecting, with ownership, lifestyle and shared enthusiasm at its core.
