Cadillac expands its ultra-luxury customisation program to Escalade IQ

1 Min Read

Cadillac is taking its ultra-luxury personalisation program to new heights, bringing the “Curated by Cadillac” bespoke treatment to its flagship electric SUV, the Escalade IQ.

Following its debut on the Celestiq and CT5-V Blackwing, the customisation service offers buyers over 160 exterior paint colours—metallics, tri-coats, mattes, and frost finishes—alongside 44 interior design configurations. This represents a massive leap from the standard model’s three interior choices.

To navigate the extensive options, clients work directly with a dedicated design concierge through guided configuration sessions. Once specified, each vehicle is diverted from standard mass production and hand-built, hand-painted, and assembled at GM’s Artisan Centre in Warren, Michigan. Every custom model receives a unique VIN and a serialised builder’s badge.

The Curated package adds $54,995 to the base Cadillac Escalade IQ $150,600 price tag, pushing overall costs past $185,000—and beyond $215,000 for fully optioned builds.

Performance remains unchanged, though. The Escalade IQ uses a massive 205 kWh battery pack. It has a dual-motor AWD configuration producing 750 hp. It handles the 0–60 mph sprint in 4.7 seconds and has a max range of up to 465 miles.
