Fernando Alonso spotted in his Lamborghini Sian in Monaco

1 Min Read

Spanish racing driver Fernando Alonso has recently been spotted in his Lamborghini Sian in Monaco. The two-time F1 world champion has quite a car collection, and this unique Lambo is said to be a part of it.

The Instagram video has captured the striking-looking Lamborghini Sian, but the occupants of the car aren’t clearly visible. So we have to go with the word of the cameraman here. But the chances of Alonso being behind the wheel are high because the F1 driver has been spotted in Monaco in various supercars in the past.

While the footage hasn’t captured the occupants, it has recorded the exhaust note of the car. There is a little bit of howling at slow speeds, then a bit of screaming as the revs climb, and then a bang as the vehicle goes through the underpass.

The Lamborghini Sian made its debut in 2019 as the first hybrid Lambo, albeit a mild-hybrid one. Powering it is a 6.5-litre, naturally aspirated V12 engine that produces 785 hp. A 48 V electric motor adds another 34 hp, for a combined output figure of 819 hp.
