The very alluring De Tomaso P72 has been caught on camera once again. This time, it has been spotted wandering around on the streets of Monaco.
It is inspired by the P70 racing car and designed by Jowyn Wong of Wyn Design. The first customer model was revealed early last month.
The one that has been spotted in Monaco is the same car. We can say that because it has the same licence plate. And interestingly, the same car was seen in Munich, Germany last month.
Powering the De Tomaso P72 is a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine. Mated to a 6-speed transmission, it has been finely tuned to churn out 700 hp and 605 lb-ft of torque.
The curvaceous and unique model features a deep blue colour called ‘Aurelian Night’, complemented by rose gold accents for contrast, which can also be found on the wheels and even inside the cabin.
