Recently, a red Porsche 911 GT3 was spotted lapping the Nürburgring Nordschleife. But it didn’t have any sort of camouflage. It was speculated to be a special edition. Now, there is a latest update which hints that it could be called the Porsche 911 GT3 Bergsport.
A Google search result showed details regarding the Porsche 911 GT3 Bergsport name on the brand’s Austrian website. However, it was quickly removed.

Based on the info available, this could indeed be the moniker of the mysterious 911. Other details also reveal that this model could premiere on 1 August 2026 with a limited run of 100 units.
One of the key highlights of the 911 GT3 Bergsport is its ducktail rear spoiler. It doesn’t seem to be an afterthought. It is a fully integrated part of the bodywork, complete with a neatly embedded third brake light.
More details about the upcoming 911 model are expected to be revealed in the coming days leading up to the premiere date. It is being said that the car would be equipped with a manual gearbox.
