Last week, an Aston Martin prototype was spotted at the Nürburgring. At first, it looked like a regular Vanquish, except that it had six exhaust tips instead of the usual four. Speculations have been rife ever since the spy images appeared on the internet. Some reports suggested that Aston could be testing new upgrades for the Vanquish. Well, from what we know, this car is way more special than that.
Reliable sources have told us that Aston Martin has something special lined up for 2026 Monterey Car Week. It’s a limited edition model based on the Vanquish, codenamed ‘Outrage’. The car will be unveiled at The Quail.

If it’s based on a Vanquish, what’s so special about this car, you might ask? Well, the new limited-edition GT will certainly please the purists, as it is likely to feature a manual transmission. Power might be derived from the same 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine. While the stock version makes 824 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque, we can expect “outrageous” levels of performance from the special edition.
We’ve been told that Aston Martin plans to build only 150 units of the Vanquish-based manual GT, with an estimated price tag of around $2.3 million a piece.
