Last month, Jaguar launched a rebranding campaign as the company transitions into an electric-only brand. The teaser video released by the company made global headlines and left everyone stunned. It was shocking to see an iconic British brand go woke, and sure enough, the company got a lot of flak for it.
Jaguar is all set to reveal a concept EV later today, images of which have already leaked online. And yes, just like the woke teaser, the car too looks absolutely horrendous.
As you can see, Jaguar has gone for a neo-retro design, which appears to have been designed using a ruler. The styling is certainly bold, but it’s not something we expect from Jaguar – a brand that gave us the E-Type.
At the front is a rectangular fascia with the new ‘Jaguar’ logo in the centre and slim LED headlights. The car has a coupe-like roofline that blends into what appears to be a window AC unit attached to the rear of the car.
Jaguar hasn’t revealed anything officially yet. However, we expect to learn more about its technical details closer to its release.
