Last year, the Aston Martin Valkyrie made its dynamic debut at Silverstone. Development on the car has moved ahead since then. Today, a prototype took the public highway for the first time. The supercar can be seen sporting a license plate, which is also a first for the Valkyrie.
Also, if I’m not wrong, that seems to be Aston Martin’s test driver Chris Goodwin at the wheel of the Valkyrie.
The Aston Martin Valkyrie has been co-developed with Red Bull Advanced Technologies. F1 designer Adrian Newey is the brain behind the crazy design of this car. It is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine developed by Cosworth. Combine that with a battery-electric system, the car packs 1176 hp.
Aston Martin is building just 150 road versions of the Valkyrie and all are sold out.
