Three SUVs that Combine Technology and Comfort

The SUV market has surged in popularity within the last few years. With a rise in demand, it means that every manufacturer has upped their game and most have at least one SUV in their current range. There are a few different factors that go into what makes a great SUV but two of the most important are the technology on-board and how comfortable they are inside.

Here are the three best SUVs currently available that perfectly combine comfort and technology:

Volvo XC90

Volvo’s superb XC90 is one of the most high-tech cars on the market but it is also remarkably spacious and comfortable inside. The luxury SUV offers complete 360-degree views while driving and parking thanks to four hidden cameras, whilst the clever centre display makes parking even in the tightest spot a breeze. Other impressive technologies include an emergency braking system, semi-autonomous driving below 30 mph, keyless entry, auto-dimming mirrors, a powered driver’s seat and plenty more.

It is also extremely spacious and you can even fit three rows of seats. The space as well as the luxury materials and on-board equipment, allow for a smooth and comfortable ride for all.

Ford Kuga

2017-Ford Kuga-1

The Ford Kuga is one of the better mid-sized SUVs available, largely thanks to the standard equipment and interior space. It can also be found for affordable prices at places like AA Cars. Tech wise, the Kuga comes with keyless go, cruise control, touchscreen sat-nav, a heated steering wheel, electric heated seats, a powered tailgate and Apple CarPlay.

Many of these features also allow for a more comfortable experience in the Kuga but this is furthered by the roomy interior, decent legroom and supportive seats.

Audi Q7

Audi-Q7

Audi gave their Q7 a huge tech upgrade in 2017 and it is now one of the class leaders. It features one of the best driver-assistant systems available, where it can detect potentially dangerous situations and take action, whilst the 7 seater also has a digital instrument cluster, rear parking sensors, cruise control, sat-nav and a host of optional extras.

The interior is mightily impressive with plush materials, a minimalist dash, ambient lighting and lots of space. This creates a calm and peaceful feel inside which is enhanced by the optional air suspension which takes even the smallest bump out of the road.

In terms of technology and comfort, you cannot go wrong with any of the above SUVs which all excel in both areas.
